988 launches Chinese New Year album

Malaysia’s 988 FM has just launched a 2015 Chinese New Year album titled ‘Xi Qi Yang Yang Guo Hao Nian’.

This is the Star Group station’s seventh New Year album.

It features four songs, which have been sung by 988 announcers Sam, Anson, Cheryl, Hau Min, KK Wong, Athena, Jason Poon, Piao Min and Cassie Soo.

Another song on the album has been composed by local singer Danny One – the winner of ‘Malaysia’s Best Performer’ Award at Golden Chinese Music Awards 2014.

The announcers will be giving out the album for free to listeners through on air promotions.
