ABU to host its first-ever digital content forum

Creative storytellers, online and web content creators and producers of audio, video and digital content from Asia-Pacific and beyond are invited to to attend #ABUdigital in Kuala Lumpur from 3-4 July 2019 organised by Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU), world’s largest broadcasting union.

#ABUdigital is conceived as a meeting space for digital dreamers aimed to inspire delegates with the latest digital trends, tools and best practices to guide them to adapt into digital ways of doing things. This unique conference-slash-knowledge sharing event aspires to explore all things digital at the intersection where Technology meets Content and how it impacts broadcasters.

Split into two parts, #ABUdigital consists of a Digital Experts’ Forum covering 3 Tracks featuring 4 Keynotes and 14 Presentations on Day 1 and 6 Workshops (on a wide spectrum of genres and themes including news, data, documentaries and more) and an Expert Panel on Day 2. The event will bring together more than 25 Speakers from 16 Countries across 4 Continents who will share their inspiring digital experiences with delegates.

At the event, delegates will have the opportunity to learn inspiring case studies on digital trends and tools and walk away with a plan of action from specialised workshops in addition to network with top industry experts and fellow broadcasters.

There is no registration fee for ABU members. A registration fee is applicable for participants from non-ABU member organisations to attend the event.
