Radio City launches on 95 FM in Nashik

 

Indian network Radio City has launched its 10th station in the state of Maharashtra in Nashik. 

The station, which broadcasts on 95 FM, was launched by Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan who introduced the station’s shows and presenters to the listeners.

Marathi diva Sai Tamhankar was also a part of the launch and she took the listeners on a city tour. 

One of the network’s popular retro shows Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi will now be aired Marathi and the playlist has also been customised for local listeners.

City currently has 39 stations, including 11 newly acquired stations in Phase III auctions.

It has recently launched in Kanpur Ajmer, Kota, Udaipur, Patiala, Nashik and Jamshedpur and will be launching in Patna, Bikaner, Kolhapur, and Madurai soon. 

Commenting on the launch, Abraham Thomas, CEO, Music Broadcast Limited said: “We are all set to spread our wings and take Radio City to newer heights with each station launch of Phase III .We are certain that we will see a great response from Nashik like our other stations in Maharashtra”.
