The 11th ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium will be held from March 2 to 6 in Kuala Lumpur.

The theme for this year’s event is ‘Enabling Change Smartly’ and it will address how broadcasters can adapt latest technologies to thrive in a competitive and changing media environment.

The Symposium consists of a full day of workshop on DVB, four-day exhibition, four days of parallel workshops and a three-day conference.

It will also feature opening remarks by Dr. Amal Punchihewa, Director Technology, ABU and a talk on Latest development and future road map of DTT (including HEVC) by Peter Siebert, Executive Director, DVB.
