Indigo on Campus at Bangalore’s engineering colleges

Indian station Indigo 91.9 FM, Bangalore, recently hosted the second edition of its Indigo On Campus initiative.

The activity is a way to interact with the youth and broadcast live from the city’s best campuses like BIT, BMSCE, REVA and CMRIT from a mobile studio.

The four-day interaction with students included activities like a talent show, special giveaways, pop quizzes and scavenger hunts.

Listeners were treated to fresh on-airtalent as students from various schools and colleges took over the airwaves with music, beatboxing and more.

Students were also given an opportunity to present an innovative idea that would change the world; the best idea would be selected and rewarded with cash prizes.

Sugreev, a student from one of the colleges, remarked: “This is so much fun. We got to spend so much of time with our favourite RJs, a much needed break from all the serious studies we do.”
