Singapore station UFM100.3's 2018 Chinese New Year song "I Wang U" (I 旺 U) has received tremendous support from fans at Waterway Primary School.

Students from the school are practicing the song for their school's Chinese New Year celebrations.

The school will also be filming their own Chinese New Year music video to the song and have invited UFM100.3 DJs to make a cameo.

UFM partners record breaking walkathon attempt

Singapore’s UFM 100.3 is the official radio partner for a walkathon organised by the Association for Persons with Special Needs (APSN) to raise funds for the work training and operations of APSN Centre for Adults.

The event, to be held on September 19 at the Singapore Sports Hub, will attempt to break the Guinness World Record of holding the Largest Lantern Parade.

Over 10,000 participants are expected to carry lanterns, made by the APSN beneficiaries, during the 1.4km walkathon.
