100 brides and grooms battle in Eazy Running of the Brides 4

One hundred couples recently competed in the fourth Eazy Running of the Brides 4 event for prizes worth one million baht.

Eazy Running of the Brides 4 was organised by Bangkok’s Eazy FM 105.5 and the couples wearing their wedding gowns and tuxedoes competed in a four-stage competition at Lumpini Park.

Bride and groom-to-be, Jenjit Sirimonhkolsakul, 24 years old and Kittivit Prichawut, 26 years old, finished in first place and won a dream wedding package including a pre-wedding photoshoot and a honeymoon in the Maldives with total prizes worth one million baht.

Eazy FM105.5 DJs, including, DJ Joy Chonticha, DJ Aon Luckkana, DJ Pueng Manussanunt, DJ A Veera, DJ JJ Jamjuree and DJ JJ Passawat all attended the event.

The competition consisted of four challenges and the couple that completed all the challenges in the fastest time won.

The brides set off from the starting point and ran to their first challenge where they had to put on their white wedding gloves before rushing off to the second challenge which involved putting on their veil.

For the third challenge – the toughest of them all – brides had to calculate their household expenses.

And finally, in the last challenge – the matching challenge – each bride chose one of 100 heart-shaped cards that had been cut in half. All the grooms then had to go off in search of the half of the heart that matched the one held by their fiancée.

The first couple to match their hearts correctly were the winners.
