94.3 Radio One is India’s most attractive radio brand

India’s 94.3 Radio One, a brand owned by Next Mediaworks has been adjudged ‘India’s most attractive Media – Radio Brand 2017-18’ in a study conducted by TRA Research titled ‘Most Attractive Brand Report’.

The research was conducted across 16 cities and 10,000 brands across categories. 

Radio One has stations in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai and Ahmedabad.

Sachin Bhosle, Research Director, TRA said: “We do this study annually covering all brand categories in India where in ‘attractiveness of a brand’ is measured across 36 different attributes based on 12 demeanours of the brand.  The foundation attributes where Radio one has done exceptionally well are the emotional appeal, the rational appeal and more so in the ‘communication appeal and the ‘aspiration appeal’ parameters.  The study uses an ‘un-aided’ response methodology for each of the 36 attributes and Radio One has been recalled several times in these attributes thereby making it No 1 in the Media-Radio brand category. Radio One is also ranked 531 in the top 1000 brands in the country across categories.”

Vineet Singh Hukmani, MD & CEO, Radio One said: “Our DNA of being highly differentiated and catering to the ‘upscale aspiration’ space has definitely helped us garner these scores in the research.”
