India RAM Week 19: Mirchi climbs to second place in Mumbai

According to the latest RAM report for the four Indian metros for the week of May 1 to 7, Big FM retained its lead in Mumbai with 18 percent share of listeners.

Radio Mirchi climbed two spots to take the second spot with 15.8 percent, gaining 1.6 percent since previous week.

Radio City slipped a spot to come third with 14.9 percent, losing 2.2 percent share of listeners.

Fever also slipped a spot take the fourth place with 13 percent share, down from 14.6 percent last week, but had the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 6.18.

In Delhi, Fever continued to be ahead with 18.9 percent share of listeners and the highest TSL of 5.07.

Radio Mirchi was second with 13.1 percent share and Radio City was third with 11.9 percent share.

Big FM took the fourth spot with 10.1 percent.

HT Media’s recently launched station Radio Nasha was fifth with 9.9 percent share.

In Kolkata, Mirchi retained its lead with 20.2 percent share of listeners and Big FM was second with 15.4 percent listeners.

Fever was a close third with 15.2 percent share and the highest TSL of 5.2 while Oye FM was fourth with 10.8 percent.

In Bangalore, City stayed in the lead with a share of 23.1 percent, and the highest TSL of 10.04.

Big FM was at the second spot with 19.1 percent and Radio Mirchi was a close third with 18.9 percent share of listeners.

Fever was fourth with 14.7 percent share – same as previous week.
