Indian journalist hosts radio show on Big FM

 

Indian network 92.7 Big FM recently launched a new show ‘Nayak’ featuring reputed Indian journalist Sanjeev Srivastava.

The show will air weekdays from 8 pm to 10 pm across 36 of the network’s Hindi stations.

Srivastava, the host of popular chat show ‘BBC EK Mulaqat’, will introduce listeners to the luminaries who have created history with their extraordinary will and passion to excel despite all odds in their respective fields.

The show includes interesting real life incidents and anecdotes from the journey of several notable personalities. 

Iconic Indians including Subash Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Milkha Singh, Kapil Dev, Mary Kom, C.V. Raman, APJ Abdul Kalam, Mother Teresa, Dhirubhai Ambani, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Mirza Ghalib and Vergese Kurien will be covered in the show.

Sanjeev Srivastava said: “I am looking forward to being a part of a format that tries to inspire people to deal with life and its challenges. My aim as the host of Nayak would be to make the stories relevant to today’s listeners and encourage them to overcome their challenges.”

A spokesperson from the network said: “We hope to make a positive impact in the minds of our listeners and help them with looking at their daily struggles with a renewed perspective.”
