To cater to the growing market across Asia, Isentia is now extending this service to Singapore covering Channel News Asia TV and Radio.

Paul Russell, Chief Technology Officer commented: “As a leading and innovative media intelligence company, Isentia completely revamped the traditional notification methods for broadcast media. With Live Alerts, we are addressing the changing needs of our growing mobile-first client base as well as keeping pace with the changing nature of broadcast itself.

“Once our clients are set up on Live Alerts, they will be receiving timely text message alerts about relevant broadcast news, which is a game changer, especially for any organisation facing crisis or issues-management environments. The result goes beyond an incremental improvement in speed, as Live Alerts gives marketers and business leaders the information they need to act swiftly, especially during moments of increased media attention.

“Our goal is to alert clients of any radio or TV mentions about their organisation or specific selected topics, through their smartphones as quickly as possible by leveraging innovative voice-to-text technology and advanced search systems.”
