987 FM Singapore’s 41-year old DJ Vernon A tied the knot with 23-year old blogger Jayne Tham on Sunday, after dating her for two years.

This is the second marriage for Vernon A, who is a well-know voice-over artist and radio personality.

He has won many awards including MediaCorp Radio Awards for ‘Best Radio Show’ in 2010, 2011, 2013 and 987FM’s ‘Most Popular Radio Personality’ in 2011.

Presently he is one half of the DJ Duo The Muttons, along with Justin Ang on 987 FM.

Vernon, who has a 10-year old son from his last marriage, proposed to Jayne with a 0.7 carat solitaire ring while on a weekend getaway in Batam last year.

The garden-themed wedding dinner took place at The Shangri-La Hotel Singapore with about 20 tables.

It was attended by 987FM DJs Justin Ang, Sonia Chew, Joakim Gomez and Gerald Koh, as well as fashion personality Daniel Boey.

In a statement, here’s what the groom has to say about the wedding: “It was the best day of my life and so will be tomorrow and the next day and the day after, now that I have Jayne in my life.”
