MY FM revenue outperforms peers – company

India’s DB Corp owned 94.3 MY FM reported the highest revenue growth among all listed radio stations in its Q2 FY14-15 results, the company says.

Revenue for the 17-station network grew by 33 percent compared to Q2 FY13 -14.

With earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) showing 158 percent growth, the company claims it leads the competition by a huge margin.

It was followed by Fever 104 FM with an EBIT of 44 percent, Radio Mirchi with 36 percent and Radio One with 18 percent in during the same period.

The MY FM network’s retail advertising market share also witnessed a healthy growth compared to most other players.
