RAM Week 19: Big FM takes top spot from Radio City in Mumbai

The latest RAM data for subscribers in the four Indian metros for Week 19 from May 3 to May 9 is in and Big FM has displaced Radio City to take the top spot in Mumbai.

Big had a market share of 18.2 percent, up by 0.4 percent from the previous week while City lost 0.9 percent to take the secons position this week with 17.8 percent.

There was a shuffle at the next two positions as well with previous week’s number three, Fever, slipping to the fourth spot with 12.8 percent and Radio Mirchi jumped one place to take the third spot with 13.8 percent. Red FM was fifth with 10 percent.

In Delhi, Fever maintained its spot at the top with 19.2 percent share of listeners and the highest Time Spent Listening (TSL) of 5.19.

It was followed by Radio Mirchi with 14.3 percent, Radio City with 12.3 percent and Big FM with 11.3 percent share.

In Kolkata, Mirchi stayed in the lead with 19.4 percent share followed by Big FM with 15.1 percent and the highest TSL of 5.02.

Fever was third with 13.6 percent and Oye! FM was fourth with 10.9 percent.

In Bangalore, Radio City led with 23.3 percent share, a drop of 0.2 percent from previous week.

It was followed by Big FM with 20.9 percent and Radio Mirchi with 17.5 percent. Fever was fourth with 12.7 percent.
