President and CEO of the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), Cho Dae-hyun is retiring from his position on November 23. Ko Dae-young (pictured), currently the President of KBS Business will succeed him as the new President and CEO.
Because Cho Dae-hyun is also the current ABU President, he will be replaced by Vice President, Hikaru Doumoto, Executive Vice-President of Nippon Hoso Kyokai (NHK) until the forthcoming ABU General Assembly in Jakarta in October 2016 where members will have the opportunity to elect a new ABU President.
