Popular programmer and presenter Cruz Teng has moved on from his position as Station Head at MediaCorp Singapore’s Madarin station YES FM. He has taken up a new appointment with Noon Talk Media as Group Creative Director, where he will be reporting to Jacki Ng, CEO. The appointment is effective from November 23.
